1974 Dart Sport Drag Car - - this is a Texas Title Car

Color is Bronze (painted 1993), lettering is good quality vinyl, is removable. 

Chassis has Mopar K-member and Torsion Bar front suspension.

90-10 Comp Engineering front shocks, Stock disc brakes.  Aluminum Master Cylinder. Drum rear.

8-3/4 Narrowed and braced rear end, 4.56 gears. Strange Axles and Spool. 

Ladder Bars with single adjustable coil overs. All Heim joints replaced in 2011, New Coil shocks & springs in 2011.

Front & rear wheels are Centerline Warriors 15x3 and 15x14.  Phoenix Slicks PH337 12.2 x 31.25 F9 

Full cage by Bill Moody Race Cars, big tubs, stock firewall and floor to behind seat.

Single race seat with 5 point harness, 

Painless wiring panel, 5” tach with shift light, Oil, Temp, and trans temp gauges, fuel guage.

Mega 450 Delay box, MSD7AL-2 Box, Has RPM switch and Rev limiter 

Turbo Action reverse manual 3 spd shifter, with Biondo shift solenoid and air bottle

727 Transmission with Rev Manual Valve Body Griner Trans Brake, Deep pan (synthetic fluid)

5200 Stall PTC Torque Convertor (works great – we leave at 3600 rpm) 1.39 60 ft’s. 

Aluminum motor plate on front,  steel mid plate, stock trans crossmember.  Drive shaft loop.

Mini Alternator mounted to front motor plate.

650 Comp Cams Flat Tappet mechanical cam. 108degree, Harland Sharp 1.5 Roller Rockers

Stage IV Mopar Aluminum Heads Ported and massaged Flow 313 int, 221 ext. Cylinder head studs,

Matching Mopar Performance M1 Intake for Stage VI heads with build on valley pan. Port matched.

New style Cast Aluminum Valve covers from 440 Source.  Crankcase evacuation system. 

Hi Volume Melling Oil Pump – stock location and filter configuration

440 Source Aluminum Water Pump housing, Hi Volume Electric Water Pump, Catch Can 

Mopar Performance Electronic Distributor (tach drive capable), MSD Pro Coil 

Pro Series 1050 Dominator with 2inch spacer (phenolic sp)

New 250gph Fuel Pump and filter in 2011 , gauged regulator, and return line,  8 Gallon Fuel Cell 

Externally coated Hooker Fenderwell headers with 2” tubes, 3-1/2” collectors,  Race Mufflers with short turn downs.

Shifting at 6200 car has run 10.30's @ 131 mph in 1 /4 mile - -  6.40's @ 105 in 1/8 mile  1000 ft elevation,

We leave at 3600rpm on brake 1.40 60ft.  We don’t abuse the combination for the sake of going a little quicker.
